Spring is in the air and our little scientists in Preschool have been investigating bugs and insects of all shapes, sizes and colors.
It has been great fun to find out how insects are different from one another and how we can take care of bugs and plants. Our preschoolers have been using sand and water tables, playdough, puzzles, blocks and the art table. All these activities help them to develop hand/eye coordination and maths concepts like number, size, shape, space and weight. They learn how to share an area with others, use their imagination and creativity, and work together as a team to create things.
As in all centers, the children are free to move from center to center to explore, manipulate, create and work where their interests take them.
