Last week, it was education week and Fortis held their Science and Technology Fair: involving the National Debate, the National Science Quiz, and the National Science Fair.

On Friday 23rd February, ISTCI was treated to a talk from Ms Linsday Ferrari all about the importance of composting.

Today, the ISTCI students had the pleasure of listening to author Jill Pietroburgo, who is visiting the Turks and Caicos Islands. Mrs. Pietroburg is an educator from Missouri. She shared with our students the book that she has just written and published, "Sometimes Grandma Calls Me Jean." It follows the lives of Grace and her grandma as Grace learns about dementia. Our students enjoyed listening to the story and asking Mrs. Pietroburg questions.

We are celebrating the creative prowess of Middle School students, as an enchanting display of artwork now graces the walls of Blue Haven Resort. This is a testament to the artistic journey led by Mr. Bennett Williams, the Art and Design Teacher at the International School of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
