Tuition fees are reviewed annually to support the International School Turks and Caicos Islands’ commitment to providing exceptional education, modern facilities, and a supportive learning environment.

Additional School Fees
Administration/Registration
Fee: $400
A one-time, non-refundable fee payable upon registration to secure your child’s place at the International School Turks and Caicos Islands.
Book and Technology
Fee: $300 (Years 1–6)
A non-refundable annual payment that covers workbooks, classroom supplies, and technology resources used throughout the school year. For students in Years 7 and above, the annual fee is $350.
Pool
Fee: $120 per term
A non-refundable termly fee for students from Senior Kindergarten through Year 9 to support pool maintenance and safety.
Library
Fee: $50
A non-refundable annual fee that supports the maintenance and renewal of our library resources.
Payment Options and Policies
The school year at the International School Turks and Caicos Islands is divided into three terms:

School fees are invoiced no later than the first day of each term and on the first day of each subsequent month for families choosing the monthly payment option. All fees are due within one week of the invoice date.
Families who choose to pay their annual tuition fees in full in advance will receive a 5% discount. A 20% sibling discount is available from the third child enrolled in the same family. Monthly payment plans are available by prior arrangement and are subject to a 5% service charge. To discuss payment options or financial arrangements, please contact the School Office. All discussions are treated confidentially.
Please note that discounts do not apply to families taking extended vacations during the school year or those who withdraw early at the end of a term. In the event of a school closure due to weather or natural causes, no make-up days or refunds are provided.
Fees not received by the due date are subject to a $50 late payment fee. Returned cheques are subject to an additional $50 administration fee.
The International School Turks and Caicos Islands reserves the right to suspend a student’s enrolment if fees remain unpaid.
Sponsorship Programme
The International School Turks and Caicos Islands is developing a Sponsorship Programme to support students with exceptional potential who may require financial assistance to attend ISTCI. This initiative invites families, alumni, and local businesses to partner with us in making a quality international education accessible to more children in our community.
